Chef Lenny Messina is the Executive Chef at Restaurant LOLA and Chef of Hudson Valley Foie Gras. He draws inspiration from the late Chef Michael Ginor, whose mentorship shaped his approach to contemporary cuisine. Together, they established Restaurant LOLA as a premier dining destination, earning The New York Times' "excellent" rating, the American Culinary Federation's "Cutting Edge" award, and eight consecutive OpenTable "Diners' Choice" awards.
Before joining LOLA, Chef Messina achieved an early milestone by winning the American Culinary Federation's national championship, demonstrating his culinary talent and creativity. Chef Messina continues to honor Ginor's legacy by pushing the boundaries of modern cuisine while sharing his passion for foie gras with the world. His innovative approach to cooking has made him a leading voice in the culinary world.
